Data Processing Specialist (Dimensions TOM Mandatory)

Role Overview:
As a highly experienced individual contributor in a project team, you will focus on delivery in Data Processing or Scripting. You will be responsible for programming utilities/scripts using Kantar platforms and tools to collect, analyse, and visualise data. You will execute, support, and document all assigned projects, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Programme utilities/scripts for data collection, analysis, and visualisation.
  • Independently manage multiple projects of varying complexity.
  • Troubleshoot issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders, manage queries and escalations.
  • Ensure compliance with defined processes, checklists, and ISO guidelines.
  • Mentor new joiners and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  • Stay updated with new processes, technologies, and products.

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong programming principles/concepts.
  • Proficiency in Quantum, SPSS, Unicom (Dimension), and MS Office.
  • Mandatory experience with Dimensions TOM.
  • Exposure to automation tools and statistical software is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of MR industry and research project lifecycle is beneficial.
