Job Title: Doubt Faculty SMEs - Contractual

• Chemistry JEE/NEET

Department: Saarthi — Doubt Solving

Work Mode: Work from Home

Working Hours (3 Hours Daily):

• 9 PM to 12 AM or
• 2 PM to 5 PM

Payout: 15000/- per month

Working Days: 6 Days Working, Sunday fixed off

Requirement: Laptop(i5-gen) & pen-tab & stable Internet connection

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Doubt Faculty to join our Saarthi team. As an SME, you will solve students’ doubts for assigned batches using Pen-Tab through Video Session. Your prompt and clear responses will help students strengthen their concepts and stay confident in their preparation journey.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Solve student queries for defined batches within the assigned time slot (9 PM to 12 AM) or (2 PM to 5 PM) on Zoom platform.
• Use of pen-tab to provide clear and accurate solutions.
• Maintain a high response rate and quality while handling multiple student doubts.
• Escalate complex or repeated doubts to the respective faculty if required.
• Teacher Substitution in Case Primary Saarthi is on Leave

✅ Requirements:

• Strong subject knowledge in your domain (Physics/Chemistry/Math/Biology — as applicable).
• Good communication skills in text and voice formats.
• Ability to use laptop tools for sharing written solutions and images.
• Good internet connection and a quiet work environment during working hours.

Commitment to be active daily during the assigned shift.
