Key Responsibilities :

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle Fusion ERP projects across modules such as Finance, SCM, and HR.
Define project scope, allocate resources, and manage timelines, milestones, and budgets.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and issue resolution.
Oversee data migration, cutover planning, and postgo-live stabilization.
Manage stakeholder communications and ensure transparent project reporting.
Enforce project governance, documentation standards, and compliance best practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile

7+ years of experience in project management, including 3+ years in Oracle Fusion/Cloud ERP implementation.
Proven success in managing multiple full-cycle Oracle ERP projects.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Oracle Cloud are preferred.
