P99Soft is looking for an exceptionally strong and passionate .NET Technical Lead who brings deep technical expertise along with strong ownership and leadership qualities. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex enterprise applications using .NET/.NET Core, C#, Angular, JavaScript, and HTML.
- Design and build scalable RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Web API.
- Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code following industry best practices.
- Develop and execute unit test cases to ensure application quality and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and technical discussions.
- Utilize CI/CD and DevOps practices using Azure DevOps for continuous integration and deployment.
- Create and maintain technical documentation using Confluence.
- Troubleshoot and optimize large-scale SQL Server databases and complex queries.
- Mentor junior developers and guide teams on coding standards, architecture, and engineering best practices.
- Take ownership of technical delivery and proactively identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Contribute towards building and scaling a high-performing .NET engineering team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 8–10 years of hands-on experience in software development using:
- .NET / .NET Core
- C#
- Angular
- JavaScript
- HTML
- Strong expertise in SQL Server, T-SQL, and handling high-volume databases.
- Deep understanding of ASP.NET, Web API, REST (JSON/XML), and SOAP Web Services.
- Strong knowledge of multi-threading, data structures, and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, preferably using Azure DevOps.
- Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Strong full-stack development experience with modern frameworks and scalable architectures.
- Ability to independently drive complex technical solutions from design to deployment.
