Key Responsibilities of T&M Developers Agile Delivery Execution

Participate in Agile processes, including requirement clarification with Product Owners and task

breakdown in Jira for feature development and bug fixes.

Software Development & Quality Assurance

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality code aligned with defined functional and technical

requirements.

Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices and maintainability

principles

Ensure adherence to defined development quality gates, including but not limited to:

Achieving a minimum of 80% unit test coverage

Maintaining zero blocker-level security vulnerabilities as per applicable security standards and

scanning tools

Validation & Testing

Define and maintain validation test plans.

Develop and execute test scenarios within the existing automation framework.

Conduct non-regression testing prior to releases to ensure system stability.

Production Reliability Support

Ensure that developed features meet requirements and do not introduce regressions, given the criticality of the software to production operations.

CI/CD & Deployment Support

Maintain and enhance existing CI/CD pipelines where required.

Support SRE teams in deployment activities to staging and production environments.

L3 Support & Troubleshooting

Provide Level 3 (L3) support for end users, including incident analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution
