Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Environment Release Management Specialist Windows System Administrator to join our dynamic IT infrastructure and applications team
- This role is responsible for managing development QA UAT staging and production environments supporting web and database servers coordinating build and release cycles and ensuring the stability and security of critical application platforms
Key Responsibilities
- Install deploy configure maintain support and optimize IIS Tomcat servers and JavaNET applications
- Manage endtoend application release lifecycle including planning scheduling and executing deployments across multiple environments
- Administer and support MSSQL databases and handle associated backup and restoration tasks and SQL server installations
- Coordinate environment requirements for project releases and integrate application components
- Provide L3level technical support including root cause analysis and resolution of environmentrelated defects
- Support Microsoft Windows Server 2019 2022 infrastructure and remote administration of 100 servers
- Manage Windows AD firewall rules security policies and user access Management
- Monitor application performance and respond to incidents ensuring minimal downtime
- Collaborate with developers testers and leadership teams to deliver highavailability solutions and strategic service improvements
- Lead environment setup for various stages Staging UAT Integration Acceptance and Production
- Create and maintain technical documentation SOPs KB articles and deployment guides
- Perform system upgrades hotfixes patching and configuration of IIS and Tomcat environments
- Work on SSL certificate management and troubleshoot ASPNET SQL and IIS issues
- Configure DNS DHCP WINS and backup scripting using tools like Robocopy
- Support and manage virtual machines using Azure AWS VMwareVCenter
- Participate in project transitions from onshore to offshore acting as an Application Integrator

- Preferred Certifications
- ITIL Foundation
- Microsoft Certified Windows Server Azure Administrator
- VMware Certified Professional VCP.
