Senior Full Stack .NET Developer (6+ Years Experience)

Location: Hyderabad or Pune (Hybrid)

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer with deep technical expertise and strong ownership of end-to-end system design and delivery. This role requires leadership in architecture, mentoring, and driving high-quality engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Technical Leadership

Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems

Define technical standards and best practices across the team

Full Stack Development

Lead backend development using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core

Architect and guide frontend development using Angular or React

Database & Performance

Own SQL Server architecture, optimization, and scalability

Lead performance tuning, indexing strategies, and query optimization

ETL & Reporting Ownership

Architect and optimize SSIS-based ETL pipelines

Oversee enterprise reporting solutions using SSRS

Leadership & Mentorship

Mentor junior and mid-level developers

Lead code reviews and ensure engineering excellence

Support hiring and technical evaluations when needed

Cross-Functional Impact

Partner with stakeholders to define and deliver solutions

Drive technical decision-making aligned with business goals

Production & Support

Lead resolution of complex production issues

Proactively identify and mitigate system risks and bottlenecks

Required Skills & Qualifications

6+ years of experience as a Full Stack .NET Developer

Deep expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core

Advanced SQL Server knowledge (architecture, optimization)

Strong experience with SSIS and SSRS

Expert-level proficiency in Angular or React

Proven experience in system design and technical leadership

Nice to Have

Experience with Azure, cloud migration, or microservices architecture

Experience working in distributed/global teams

Candidate should be comfortable working in any of the following shifts (IST) depending on project requirements:

06:00 AM – 02:00 PM

09:00 AM – 05:00 PM

02:00 PM – 10:00 PM
