Dotnet Developer

Quisitive is seeking a Software Support Engineer to join our performance management software team. This role combines application support, troubleshooting, product enhancements, and database development for a business-critical enterprise platform.

We are looking for someone with strong Microsoft technology experience who enjoys solving complex technical problems and working with customers, support teams, and developers.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, and performance issues.
• Develop and maintain software enhancements using C# and .NET.
• Write, optimize, and support SQL Server queries, stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers.
• Support ETL processes and data integrations using SSIS.
• Work with OLAP cubes and analytical data structures.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend long-term solutions.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams on features, fixes, deployments, and upgrades.
• Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge articles.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience with:

• C# and .NET Framework
• SQL Server, T-SQL, and database performance tuning
• Stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers
• SSIS development and support
• OLAP and SSAS technologies
• Enterprise application support and troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting HR, talent management, or performance management software.
• Familiarity with Azure, Azure DevOps, IIS, and application deployments.

Education
