Job Description:

Minimum 4-6 years of experience with enterprise Kubernetes platform such as Open Shift or Rancher.

Minimum 10-12 years of experience with Microsoft Tech Stack primarily .NET. In-depth knowledge of .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, Web Api, Microservice, CQRS, TDD, SQL, Monitoring, Observability, and other related services. Good exposure on PubSub and Kafka streaming services. Domain Skills Have worked in financial industry for at least 6 years or alternatively 8-10 years in other heavily regulated industries.

Worked in domain or services for 4-6 years. Have worked on customer facing solutions/traffic for at least 4 years. Communication and Collaboration Participate in regular meetings and discussions to provide insights, gather feedback, and contribute to the overall improvement of development processes. Understand Customer First Mindset. High Proficiency in written and spoken English necessary for this position.

Qualifications Bachelor's or equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have globally recognized certifications such as AWS, Microsoft, GCP etc. Previous experience in a technical leadership or technical mentoring in global team.

Minimum Checklist for candidate Professional experience developing services in Kubernetes: Min 3 years Experience with developing & delivering high availability and high-performance solutions: Min 4 years. Exp in MS Tech Stack C# .NET: 10 Years, Web Api: 8 years, PubSub, Observability 6 years. Developing Scalable high availability API's including RESTful and Kafka streaming. Working in PCI-DSS environments.

Experience with AWS Public Cloud: Min 4 years Experience with On-Prem (Private) Cloud: Min 1year DevSecOps and IaaC (Terraform): Min 3 years Experience in global team: Min 2 years. Proficiency in written and spoken English necessary for this position. Experience working with Atlassian suite (Confluence and Jira): Min 1 year

Level 3 High level of experience from several similar assignments/projects. Can work independently and to some extent lead a small group and develop within the area.
