Job Description

The role is responsible for integration systems development to help grow the integration capability of the client. The ideal candidate will have technical architecture knowledge and proven experience of Azure clouds, in particular orchestrating end-to-end solutions using Azure services and excellent communication skills, a high level of initiative. Interpersonal skills and the aptitude to work with other people are required.

Business Operations

• Demonstrable experience with API Integration solutions (preferably C#, .Net Core, Azure).
• Analyse business requirements efficiently and to design innovative solutions using Azure.
• Perform gap-fit analysis to identify and document new custom functionality to be developed.
• Coordinating activities with other developers to ensure integration projects are completed on time.
• Ensuring that best practices in integration processes are followed.
• Maintaining the integrity and smooth functioning of the company's integration architecture.
• Analysing and improving current system integrations and migration strategies.
• Identifying, debugging and advising on system errors or architecture issues.
• Assist in migration of new or legacy data via Azure from/to legacy/new systems as appropriate.
• Perform set-up and configuration of Azure integration to specification and business requirements to support project delivery.
• Design, validate and document target configuration in Azure to satisfy or exceed requirements.
• Verify and validate Azure configurations by preparing test documentation and conducting system tests.
• Facilitate and participate in user acceptance testing.
• Perform system cut-over, go-live and post-live support.
• Assist in fault analysis and problem remediation for support incidents as required.

Customer Service

• Ensure all activities uphold the client Customer Charter.
• Respond to all internal and external stakeholder queries in a professional, positive and timely manner.
• Manage and resolve stakeholder disputes in conjunction with the appropriate staff member.
• Ensure appropriate action is taken to resolve stakeholder concerns.

Teamwork

• Work as part of the wider IT team to create an environment that is highly cohesive and productive.
• Continually seek ways to improve development practices and processes.
• Assist with a variety of IT projects as directed by the Integration Lead in line with the business requirements.
• Assist with the understanding of IT processes to both internal and external customers.
• Actively participate in appropriate training, team/company events and meetings.
