Position – Developer - .NET

Experience – 1-5 years

Education – Btech/BCA+MCA

1. Ability to identify performance problem bottlenecks & come up with novel solutions.
2. Support / Lead design, development, debug and maintenance of the product
3. Implement / Setup and maintain processes for Version Control & Code Quality standards & tools.
4. Participate in product design meetings with team lead, other developers and cross-functional technical teams to ensure that development adheres to client specifications and is consistent across various units.
5. Participate in determining standards and best practices within area of software development Implement quality measurement systems with strict adherence to quality standards by the entire team in all its processes.

Team-oriented personality with good communication with ability to balance and prioritize work.

1. Good presentation and communication skills to communicate with clients, support personnel and management.

Work across the full stack (C#, React/Angular, SQL Server, Azure) to deliver features and improve reliability.

Refactor and harden prototype-level code to production-grade quality.

Collaborate closely with product management and non-technical stakeholders to help shape and clarify requirements.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development practices.

Help evolve our architecture and dev processes as we grow.

(Bonus) Leverage AI-assisted development tools to increase productivity and quality.

What We're Looking For

1+ years of professional experience in .NET development

Strong expertise with:

C#/Webforms/MVC/.NET Core for APIs and services

SQL Server and relational data modeling

Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, DevOps, etc.)

Experience improving or reworking prototype-quality codebases

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and refining requirements with product owners

(Preferred) Experience using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) in a dev workflow
