Your Role

As a Dotnet Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend applications and distributed systems using Microsoft technologies. You will work closely with architects, business analysts, and domain experts to build scalable solutions for Oil & Gas industry applications, leveraging messaging platforms, modern databases, and cloud-ready architectures.

In this role, you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using C#, .NET MVC, and ASP.NET technologies.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs for seamless integration with internal and external systems.
• Implement software architectures based on MVP, MVC, and MVVM design patterns.
• Develop high-performance and secure business applications following coding standards and best practices.
• Work with messaging and communication protocols such as MQTT, AMQP, RabbitMQ, and ActiveMQ to support real-time and asynchronous data processing.
• Design and optimize database solutions using SQL Server, MongoDB, and InfluxDB.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Contribute to the modernization and enhancement of existing applications within Oil & Gas operational environments.

Your Profile

• 4-7 years of experience in backend application development using Microsoft technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET MVC Framework.
• Proven experience in developing and integrating REST APIs.
• Good understanding of software design patterns including MVP, MVC, and MVVM.
• Strong expertise in SQL Server database design, development, and optimization.
• Experience working with messaging frameworks and protocols such as MQTT, AMQP, RabbitMQ, and ActiveMQ.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and InfluxDB databases.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Domain experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Understanding of industrial communication systems and telemetry solutions.
• Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
• Exposure to Azure cloud services and containerization technologies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
