We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) with a minimum of 2 years of corporate training experience to deliver high-quality training on .NET technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching. This role requires frequent travel across India to conduct training sessions at various client locations.
Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and effective training sessions on .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework, and Angular, tailored to learners at various skill levels.
Curriculum Development: Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including course outlines, presentations, code examples, assignments, and multimedia content.
Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate trainee progress through quizzes, projects, and code reviews, offering constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
Technical Support: Assist trainees in resolving coding challenges and debugging issues, fostering a deep understanding of Full Stack concepts.
Quality Assurance: Develop and implement a Quality Control framework to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content, meeting client and learner expectations.
Collaboration: Work closely with fellow trainers, subject matter experts, and content developers to enhance the overall quality and effectiveness of the training program.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of training activities, learner progress, and feedback for reporting and ongoing improvements.
Travel: Willingness to travel to various locations across India to deliver training sessions.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer
Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework, SQL Server, and Angular.
Training Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a .NET trainer in a corporate environment.
Certification: Valid Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) certification. Learn more about MCT benefits and requirements.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
Presentation Skills: Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
Adaptability: Ability to tailor training programs to suit diverse audiences with varying levels of expertise. Travel Readiness: Willingness and ability to travel to different locations as required.
Certifications: Additional certifications in .NET technologies or related fields are a plus.
Experience: Experience with modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects.
