Dot Net – Lead

Job Description:

1. 4 to 8 years of experience in .Net and SQL Server
2. 2 years of experience as Lead, managing a team of at least 3-5 members.
3. Should have managed more than one project at a time.
4. Working Experience inASP.Net 2.0/3.5/4.0 using C#, ADO.Net,Web service,etc.
5. Good Knowledge of database design and its concepts.
6. Working experience in T-SQL, Triggers, Indexing, etc.
7. Knowledge of MS-SQL Performance tuning preferred.
8. Working experience in Web API, Web services, etc.
9. Strong knowledge and understanding of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
10. process.
11. Good knowledge on release management, and deployment of applications.
12. Exposure to Payment-gateway will be added advantage.
13. Experience with SEI-CMM standard coding & documentation practices
14. Experience in the e-Governance domain will be added advantage.
15. Effectively communicate and set project expectations with team members and other
16. Stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
17. Prepare full-scale technical documents associated with the projects.
18. Provide technical leadership required for project implementation through design
19. and code reviews, ensuring best technical practices are applied.
