Requirements:

Bachelors in CS/Engineering or related field

5+ years in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core)

Strong OOP & design pattern knowledge

Experience mentoring team members

Effective stakeholder management

Bonus: Knowledge of Azure/AWS, CI/CD, frontend tech
