Role Overview

The Lead – Data Plaƞ orm & Engineering is responsible for scaling and optimizing data

plaƞ orms, backend systems, and reporting solutions to support high-volume transaction

processing. The role focuses on performance engineering, system reliability, automation, and

ensuring regulatory compliance through robust and scalable data frameworks.

Primary Skills : .Net, Golang

Key Responsibilities

Restructure and scale data plaƞ orms for high-volume transaction processing,

ensuring high throughput and system stability

Scale API and backend service capacity to support higher concurrent user loads,

improving response time for transaction processing (e.g., UCC & Order flows)

Build and enhance web portals to handle increased concurrency and faster reporting,

improving performance under peak transaction volumes

Improve data processing throughput through pipeline optimization and system

tuning

Optimize SQL queries using index-driven approaches, significantly reducing execute on

time

Design high-performance database schemas, improving query efficiency and

scalability

Build automated ETL frameworks (Excel/CSV → structured datasets), reducing

manual effort and improving data quality

Deliver audit-ready datasets with 100% traceability, enabling seamless compliance

audits

Lead large-scale data migration initatives, ensuring zero data loss and minimal

reconciliation variance
