Analyze and optimize SQL Server queries to improve performance.

Investigate and fix Web API integration issues.

Manage application deployments and configurations in Azure or AWS.

Work with Development, QA, and DevOps teams to resolve root causes.

Create automation scripts using PowerShell (if required).

Handle incidents and changes following ITIL support processes.

Communicate technical solutions to business and internal teams.

Support system performance improvements and stability initiatives.
