• We are seeking an experienced Hands On - Technical Lead to join our dynamic team, focusing on delivering cutting-edge solutions to the BFSI industry. In this role, you will be the technical expert, leading the design and development of web applications for our esteemed banking clients. Your expertise in the Microsoft technology stack will be pivotal in creating innovative, high-performance solutions.

KeyResponsibilities:

Solution Architecture:Lead the design and architecture of web applications, ensuring they meet complex banking requirements.

Technology Stack:Proficiency in the Microsoft Tech Stack, including .NET, C#, ASP.NETMVC, Angular, andJavaScript, isessentialfordevelopment.

Database Management:Utilize SQL Server for database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.

Complex Message Flows:Design and implement message flows to support diverse application requirements, ensuring seamless data exchange.

Hands-on Development:With over 10 years of experience, take a hands-on approach to development, mentoring junior team members.

Project Leadership:Lead development projects, providing technical guidance, and ensuring timely delivery.

Client Engagement: Act as the technical point of contact, understanding client needs and proposing innovative solutions.

Mentorship:Mentor team members, fostering a collaborative environment and sharing knowledge.

QualificationsSkills Mandatory:

• 10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on the Microsoft Tech Stack.
• Expertise in .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and JavaScript frameworks (Angular, jQuery).
• Proficiency in SQL Server database development, including stored procedures, functions, and query optimization.
• Experience in designing and developing banking middleware using .NET technologies.
• Understanding of SOAP and RESTful Web Services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex development projects.
• Hands-on experience with file handling and collections in the .NET Framework.

Preferred:

• Experience leading development teams and projects.
• Short notice period (30-60 days) is preferred.
