Dot Net Engineer

Pradeepit Consulting Services is seeking a highly skilled .NET Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs, and SQL Server. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications, ensuring high performance and reliability, and contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development: Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC, and Web APIs.
• Database Design & Optimization: Design and optimize SQL Server databases for efficient data storage and retrieval, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performing database optimization.
• Best Practices Implementation: Implement best practices for scalability, security, and performance in .NET applications.
• Collaboration & Solutioning: Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and convert them into robust technical solutions.
• Troubleshooting & Debugging: Efficiently troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Code Quality Assurance: Ensure high code quality through regular code reviews, unit testing, and automated testing frameworks.
• Agile & DevOps: Participate actively in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups. Follow DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipeline management.

Mandatory Skills

• ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC, and Web APIs: Strong hands-on experience in building enterprise applications.
• SQL Server: Expertise in writing complex queries, stored procedures, and database optimization.
• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP): Strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
• Front-end Technologies: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Version Control: Experience with Git, Bitbucket, or similar tools.
• Debugging & Troubleshooting: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Agile SDLC: Experience working in Agile teams and following software development lifecycle best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a .NET Software Engineer.
• Typically seeking candidates with 6+ years of experience in developing robust and scalable applications.
