Key Responsibilities:
HRIS Management
- Manage and maintain the HR Information System (HRIS) and other HR databases.
- Ensure data accuracy through regular audits and timely updates.
- Provide training and technical support for HRIS users.
Employee Data Management
- Oversee administration of employee lifecycle data: new hires, exits, transfers, and promotions.
- Maintain employee records in compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Generate reports and insights from employee data for HR analytics.
HR Process Efficiency
- Identify areas for improvement in current HR workflows and processes.
- Implement automation and digitization strategies to improve efficiency.
- Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistency and compliance.
Employee Benefits Administration
- Administer employee benefit programs including enrollments, changes, and exits.
- Act as a primary contact for employee benefit queries.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure seamless benefits administration.
Payroll Coordination
- Liaise with the finance/payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Verify inputs, track discrepancies, and support payroll reconciliation.
- Stay updated on payroll-related legal and statutory compliance.
HR Policies & Compliance
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and guidelines.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct internal audits to identify and rectify compliance issues.
Employee Relations Support
- Assist in resolving employee grievances and queries.
- Support in investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain documentation for employee relations cases.
Employee Engagement & Retention
- Help implement engagement programs such as surveys, recognition initiatives, and wellness drives.
- Contribute to improving workplace culture through data-backed recommendations.
- Support employee retention strategies and track engagement metrics.
HR Projects & Initiatives
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects such as new system rollouts and policy changes.
- Assist in project coordination, documentation, and change management activities.
