Job Description

Software Design & Development:
Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using Angular (v14+), .NET Core, C#, and SQL Server.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement business requirements.
Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality.
Technical Leadership & Mentorship:
Lead and mentor a team of junior developers; provide technical direction and best practices.
Ensure development aligns with company goals and architectural guidelines.
CI/CD & Release Management:
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
Work with QA to ensure application releases meet quality standards.
Performance Optimization:
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in application and database layers.
Optimize SQL queries and implement caching mechanisms like Redis where applicable.
Security & Compliance:
Ensure applications adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements.
Support periodic security audits and implement recommended improvements.
Collaboration & Support:
Use Git for version control and collaborate via branching strategies and pull requests.
Work with L2 Support to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
Team Management & Communication:
Manage and motivate a team to ensure timely delivery of quality software.
Facilitate regular meetings and status updates to align with business objectives.
