Salary: 30,000 – 50,000 per month (depending on experience, skills & portfolio)

Are you a creative DOP & Video Editor who can shoot cinematic visuals and turn raw footage into engaging, high-impact content

We're looking for a talented Director of Photography (DOP) + Video Editor who can independently handle both video production and post-production.

If you have hands-on experience with Panasonic LUMIX cameras, a strong understanding of lighting and composition, and expertise in creating scroll-stopping content, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute professional video shoots for YouTube, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and digital advertisements.
• Handle camera setup, framing, composition, lighting, and audio during shoots.
• Operate Panasonic LUMIX cameras and manage camera settings for high-quality video production.
• Shoot talking-head videos, podcasts, product videos, and creative social media content.
• Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos with smooth transitions, motion graphics, animations, and sound effects.
• Handle color correction, cinematic color grading, audio editing, and subtitles.
• Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and marketing teams.
• Ensure high-quality video output while meeting production deadlines.

Skills We're Looking For:

• 2–4 years of professional experience in videography, cinematography, and video editing.
• Must have hands-on experience working with Panasonic LUMIX cameras.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects.
• Good knowledge of camera settings, ISO, aperture, shutter speed, frame rates, and white balance.
• Experience with studio lighting setups
