Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Donor Relations Manager based in Mumbai. The Donor Relations Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with donors, overseeing donor engagement strategies, managing annual giving programs, and organizing initiatives that align with philanthropic goals. The role also involves managing donor-related projects and coordinating effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of fundraising initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Donor Relations and Donor Management
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with financial systems such as Tally (or similar platforms).
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including trackers and dashboards.
• Ability to work across finance and program teams, translating financial data into program insights.
• Proficiency in Project Management for planning and executing donor initiatives
• Ability to build long-term relationships with donors and stakeholders
• Understanding of fundraising ethics and practices
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or related field
