We are hiring for Domestic Voice Process (BPO + Sales Executive)

Fresher and Experience can apply

Qualification: UG & Graduation

Fresher CTC: 2LPA

Exp CTC: 2.5 LPA

Work Location: Kukatpally

Work schedule: 6 days working and 1 rotational off

Work Model: WFO (Work from Office)

Language: English, Hindi & Telugu (Mandatory)

Note: Day shift for Females & Rotational shifts for Males.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
• Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications

• Freshers and Experience can apply for this role
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Key Skills & Proficiencies

• Communication: Exceptional written English skills with a focus on grammar and tone.
• Sales: Objection handling, persuasive communication, and product positioning.
