Description

This role is an exciting opportunity for freshers and entry-level candidates to start their career in the domestic voice process industry. The selected candidates will be responsible for interacting with customers over the phone, providing them with the necessary support and information regarding our services.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service targets.
  • Follow communication scripts and guidelines effectively.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
