Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic freshers for an Inbound Domestic Voice Process supporting Axis Bank customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally
• Resolve customer queries related to bank accounts, cards, and transactions
• Provide accurate information with excellent customer service
• Maintain customer satisfaction and proper call handling standards

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Hindi is mandatory
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi are preferred
• Basic computer knowledge required

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹15,000 Take-Home Salary
• ₹2,000 Travel Allowance

• 6 Days Working / 1 Weekly Off
