Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Domestic Travel Sales, located in New Delhi. The Domestic Travel Sales will handle travel planning and bookings, create and manage tailor-made travel packages, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include handling reservations, assisting clients with travel arrangements, and ensuring seamless travel management tailored to customers specific needs. The consultant will also respond to customer inquiries and resolve any travel-related concerns.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Travel Sales, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
• Proficiency in Customer Service and handling client inquiries professionally
• Experience in managing Reservations and booking processes efficiently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with travel and reservation software is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
