Domestic Telesales Malayalam/Telugu/Kannada

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads.
• Introduce and explain our matrimonial services to clients.
• Understand client needs and preferences to provide suitable matches.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and feedback in our database.
• Follow up with clients and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and implement strategies for lead generation.
• Achieve monthly targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor s degree is a plus.
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle objections and rejections positively.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Telugu, Malayalam Kannada languages and English is a plus.
• Skill: Fluent in Telugu or Malayalam or Kannada or Hindi.
