Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller with at least one year of
experience in the FMCG sector. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and
outbound calls, maintaining customer relationships, and sales operations by generating
leads and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote FMCG products.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate product information.
Maintain daily call records and update CRM or Excel reports.
Follow up on leads, quotations, and order confirmations.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to meet sales targets.
Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional communication.
Gather market feedback and customer insights to support sales strategies.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM).
Fluency in English, Hindi, and local languages (preferred).
Knowledge of FMCG product categories and distribution processes.
Educational Qualification
Minimum HSC / Graduate in any stream.
