Domestic Sales Coordinator

WE ARE HIRING | DOMESTIC SALES COORDINATOR

MFP Products Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and organized Domestic Sales Coordinator.

Location: Makarpura, Vadodara

Experience: 1–3 Years

Qualification: Graduate / MBA – Sales, Marketing or related field

Industry: FMCG / Food / Manufacturing preferred

• Process customer purchase orders in ERP and ensure timely order execution.
• Coordinate with customers for enquiries, order updates and documentation.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Stores, Quality, Accounts, Warehouse & Logistics for smooth order execution.
• Coordinate dispatches, monitor deliveries and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, sales orders and MIS reports.
• Maintain accurate customer, sales and ERP/CRM records.
• Support payment follow-ups, outstanding collections and customer complaint resolution.
• Coordinate domestic & international travel, including flights, hotels, cabs and required documentation.
• Support planning and coordination of domestic & international exhibitions/trade shows.
• Assist the sales team in achieving business targets and handle other responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Excellent communication & coordination skills

Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills

Good knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/CRM & MS Office

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

FMCG/Food/Manufacturing experience preferred
