• Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interviews.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates within defined timelines.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and offer process.
• Maintain candidate databases and provide regular recruitment updates.

2. US IT Recruiter

Experience: 2–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements.
• Source and screen candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other sourcing channels.
• Understand US IT job requirements and match candidates to suitable positions.
• Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and support offer closures.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Be flexible to work in US business hours, as required.

Eligibility & Skills

• 2–3 years of relevant recruitment experience.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening abilities.
• Ability to work with targets and meet recruitment deadlines.
• Willingness to work from our office at Suchitra–Alwal, Hyderabad.
