About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our Domestic Recruitment Team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT hiring for the Indian market, strong sourcing abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT positions (screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and closing candidates).
- Source and attract candidates through various channels such as Naukri.com, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Collaborate with delivery managers and hiring teams to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Evaluate candidates through resume screening and interviews to ensure alignment with job specifications.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics to ensure timely delivery.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of Naukri.com and other job portals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of various IT technologies and job roles.
