Job Description:

We are offering an unpaid internship opportunity for the role of Domestic IT Recruiter. Candidates will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment processes. Upon successful completion of one year, salary details will be discussed based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and screening candidates for domestic IT requirements
• Coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Understanding client requirements and job roles
• Supporting the recruitment team with day-to-day activities
