Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT positions.
  • Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Schedule and coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and reports.
  • Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely closures.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent for current and future hiring needs.

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of IT technologies and roles.
  • Experience working on job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
  • Experience in hiring for technical roles such as Software Developers, Network Engineers, System Administrators, Cyber Security Professionals, Cloud Engineers, and Support Engineers is preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in hiring for cybersecurity and IT infrastructure roles.
  • Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
