Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT positions.
Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Schedule and coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and reports.
Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely closures.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent for current and future hiring needs.
Required Skills
Basic understanding of IT technologies and roles.
Experience working on job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Strong sourcing and screening skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
6 months to 1 year of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
Experience in hiring for technical roles such as Software Developers, Network Engineers, System Administrators, Cyber Security Professionals, Cloud Engineers, and Support Engineers is preferred.
