We are looking for an experienced Recruiter (IT Staffing) to lead high-volume and niche IT hiring for Indian enterprises and Global Capability Centres (GCCs). The role requires strong exposure to staff augmentation, contract staffing, and permanent hiring across BFSI, Product, SaaS, Engineering, and GCC environments.
You will be responsible for building scalable hiring engines, managing recruiters, driving client delivery, and meeting aggressive TAT & quality metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for IT Staff Augmentation & GCC clients
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters (315 members)
- Drive daily/weekly delivery targets (CV closures, joins, pipeline health)
- Ensure fast TAT hiring for contract, C2H,
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with sales, account managers, and delivery heads
- Handle client requirements, workforce planning, and hiring forecasts
- Participate in client calls, governance, SLA reviews, and escalations
- Ensure compliance with client processes, background checks, and onboarding
Hiring Strategy & Process Excellence
- Design scalable recruitment models for high-volume & niche skills
- Implement sourcing strategies across:
- Naukri, LinkedIn, Instahyre, Indeed, Cutshort
- Vendor management & referral programs
- Optimize recruitment funnels, TAT, cost per hire, and quality metrics
Deep hiring experience in:
- Servicenow ,Salesforce, Databricks ,Guidewire
- Data, AI/ML, Cybersecurity
- SAP, Oracle, Salesforce
- Product & Engineering roles
- Exposure to GCC hiring models, BOT teams, offshore pods, and ramp-ups
Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain dashboards on closures, joins, attrition, TAT, and revenue impact
- Ensure adherence to compliance, payroll coordination, and vendor contracts
- Forecast hiring capacity based on pipeline
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years in IT Staffing / Staff Augmentation / GCC hiring
- Strong knowledge of India domestic IT recruitment market
- Experience managing large hiring volumes (50300+ per quarter)
- Proven track record in contract staffing & niche tech hiring
- Excellent stakeholder, negotiation, and escalation management
- Strong ATS, CRM, and recruitment analytics knowledge
