Title: Talent Acquisition Executive (Recruitment).

Location: Times Square, Andheri - Kurla Rd, Near Marol Metro Station, Andheri East, Mumbai.

Time: 10 AM to 7:00 AM

Job Description:

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. You will collaborate with IT managers to understand hiring requirements and strategize on ways to fill open positions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/colleges.
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
• Onboard new employees to become fully integrated.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in recruitment is required, but freshers with an HR background are also welcome.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and resume databases.
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, Skype, structured).
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, IT, or relevant field
