Job Summary:

We are looking for a Domestic IT Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent across India. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in full-cycle IT recruitment, strong understanding of the Indian job market, and the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment for IT and Digital skill requirements across technologies and domains.
  • Interact with hiring managers to understand job requirements, technical skills, and project needs.
  • Source candidates through portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), internal databases, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule technical interviews, follow up with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS / Excel trackers.
  • Meet hiring timelines and ensure best recruitment practices.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry hiring trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate degree (preferably in HR, IT, or Business Management).
  • 26 years of experience in Domestic IT recruitment.
  • Proven experience hiring for skills like Java, Python, .NET, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, ERP (Oracle/SAP), etc.
  • Strong understanding of IT job descriptions, technical skills, and SDLC processes.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring deadlines.
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for permanent, contract, or C2H positions.
  • Knowledge of salary benchmarks and negotiation practices in the Indian IT market.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools (Zoho Recruit, Ceipal, Taleo, etc.).
  • Certification in recruitment or HR (optional but preferred).
