Role: Domestic IT Recruiter (Freshers only)

Openings: 20-30 positions

Eligibility

• Education: B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, MBA (HR), B.Tech
• Pass-out Years: 2022–2025
• Pursuing students not eligible

Job Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates via job portals & social media
• Screening resumes and initial communication
• Supporting end-to-end recruitment process
• Building candidate relationships

Skills Required

• Good communication (English + verbal skills important)
• Basic HR / recruitment knowledge
• Interpersonal & organizational skills

Documents Needed - 2 copies of updated resume

• Candidates within 5 km radius preferred
• Relocation candidates allowed
