Domestic IT Recruiter – Contract Staffing

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Domestic IT Recruiter with experience in IT Recruitment, Contract Staffing, or C2H hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and screening skills, good communication abilities, and experience managing the recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to candidate onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for domestic IT requirements.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
• Understand IT skill requirements and evaluate candidates accordingly.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, feedback, and offer discussions.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for various IT skills.
• Manage candidate negotiations, documentation, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely closures.
• Maintain daily recruitment reports and track hiring performance.
• Achieve individual and team recruitment targets within defined timelines.

Required Skills

• 1–5 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment / IT Staffing.
• Hands-on experience in Contract Staffing or C2H recruitment is preferred.
• Good understanding of IT technologies and technical skill requirements.
• Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and evaluation skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of the complete recruitment and onboarding process.

Qualification

Any Graduate with relevant experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment / Contract Staffing.
