Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamicDomestic IT Recruiterwith 02 years of experience inIT staffing and IT services. The recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for Indian clients, sourcing and hiring IT professionals across various technologies within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handleend-to-end IT recruitmentfor domestic IT staffing & IT services requirements
- Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and skill expectations
- Source candidates usingjob portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster), LinkedIn, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with clients
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and offer process
- Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining dates
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Ensure timely closure of positions as per hiring targets
- Support onboarding and documentation process
Skills & Requirements
- Basic understanding ofIT technologies(Java, .NET, Python, QA, Cloud, DevOps, Data, etc.)
- Experience or exposure toIT staffing / IT services recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously
- Good knowledge ofjob portals and ATS
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
Educational Qualification
- Any graduate (MBA HR preferred but not mandatory)
- Freshers with strong communication and interest in IT recruitment are welcome
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 0-6 years of experience inDomestic IT recruitment
- Exposure tocontract / permanent staffing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced staffing environment
