About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Domestic IT Recruiter with strong expertise in IT contract staffing, RPO recruitment, and GCC hiring. The ideal candidate should be confident in sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, and closing candidates across domestic IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, IIM Jobs, ATS databases, and other channels.
• Build effective Boolean search strings and talent pipelines.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, communication, and role fit.
• Handle Contract/C2H hiring, including rate negotiation and process compliance.
• Support recruitment delivery for GCC clients and RPO engagements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure timely closures.
• Track and report pipeline, TAT, submissions, interviews, and closures.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
• Strong experience in IT Contract/C2H staffing.
• Hands-on expertise with Boolean search and job portals.
• Experience with RPO models and GCC clients is highly preferred.
• Strong candidate screening, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience working with ATS, recruitment trackers, and MS Excel.
