Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, from sourcing to closing.
Source candidates through ATS, job portals, LinkedIn, and headhunting techniques.
Handle recruitment for niche and super-niche skills.
Work with subcontracting and full-time employment (FTE) models.
Collaborate with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand requirements.
Maintain candidate pipelines and manage recruitment records in ATS.
Ensure timely communication and coordination with candidates and clients.
