Domestic IT Recruiter (2 to 3 years)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across India.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Required Skills:

2 to 3 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.

Hands-on experience with IT technologies and technical roles.

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, or other sourcing platforms.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.

Experience: 2–3 Years
