Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Domestic Holidays Sales Specialist located in Kochi. Responsibilities include understanding customer travel preferences, designing personalized domestic holiday packages, guiding clients in booking and planning their trips, and maintaining lasting relationships to ensure repeat business. The specialist will also coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver outstanding travel experiences while achieving sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively understand and address client needs
  • Proficiency in Sales and experience managing client bookings and package customization
  • Experience in Sales Management and Training, with the ability to meet sales goals and mentor team members
  • Knowledge of the travel industry, domestic destinations, and holiday trends is highly beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team-based environment
