Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers for sales, follow-ups, or support
  • Handle inbound customer queries politely and professionally
  • Explain product or service details clearly
  • Maintain daily call records and update the CRM system
  • Follow call scripts and adhere to call quality standards
  • Meet daily/weekly targets (number of calls, conversions, etc.)

Skills:

  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (typing, data entry)
  • Patience and confidence while speaking to customers
