Cross-Team Liaison
Serve as the main point of contact and facilitator between the India Tech Hub team and the Global Cloud team, ensuring clear communication , alignment of priorities and knowledge sharing
Service Oversight
Oversee the management , maintenance, and continuous improvement of Cloud lines : Managed Platform (Design Infra As Code, Middleware, Data Base and Containers), Cloud Foundation (Cloud Services, System and Back Up)
Integrate Cloud projects to workloads and roadmap of his team
Governance & Compliance
Ensure all activities comply with internal policies-, security standards and regulatory requirements
Reporting & Documentation
Consolidate and report on service performance, incidents, risks and project progress to stakeholders.
Implement KPI's of service line, report,
Continuous Improvement
KEY ACTIVITIES & TASKS. Accountable for operational or project issues, driving resolution and root cause analysis.
. Oversee and prioritize workloads, ensuring resource allocation aligns with Cloud run, roadmaps, objectives and project timelines.
. Contribute and lead the Internal and External Audits and remediation plan
. Ensure India Tech Hub Run Team Monitors service health, performance, and compliance, and proactively address risks or gaps.
. Support change management and incident response processes
. Ensure the 24/7 availability, performance, and security of the Global Capability Center's IT infrastructure Cloud.
. Responsible for the Quality of Project Delivery and RUN services for Cloud domain.
. Ensure all technical documentation, procedures, and policies are up-to-date and accessible.
. Adopt Service Now as the tooling to support all key IT processes.
. Lead regular coordination meetings and status updates between India Tech Hub and Cloud teams.
. Facilitate knowledge transfer, training, and upskilling within the India Tech Hub team.
A successful Domain Lead - Cloud & Managed Apps should have:
Technical Competencies
. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
. 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years in a management or team lead role.
. Experience managing multi-site or international teams is highly desirable.
. Proven track record overseeing Cloud : Managed Platform (Design Infra As Code, Middleware, Data Base and Containers), Cloud Foundation (Cloud Services, System and Back Up)Professional Competencies & skills
. Ability to work effectively with people in different zones/cultures
. Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop Teams
. Strong organization and communication skills
. Able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
. Analytical mindset, able to resolve conflicts and make decisions under pressure
. Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic and international environment
. Commitment to delivering high-quality , reliable and secure IT services
