Domain Expert Master Formulation - Admixture

Key Deliverables:

· Coordinating with CTs for design related activities and work in close with Marketing team for the introduction of alternate raw materials and testing

· Interpretation of Performance data of laboratory trails

· In-house review and verification of product development & customer end validation process of design & development to be followed.

· To work in conjunction with QC chemist for RM testing at OPC

· Competition bench marking - quarterly.

· Ensuring Zero deviation in established product vs customer supplies.

· MTC preparation based on FG result.

. Development of SNF & PCE based concrete admixture as per customer requirement within specified cost budget.

· Cost optimization of existing admixture products & Introduction of alternate RM if required

· Optimized product development after thorough understanding of concrete design mix.

· Addressing site complaint related to admixture performance if required need to travel

· Checking the formulation stability for new formulation.

Education (Either of the below)

1.BE / B. Tech – Civil

2.B.Sc./ M.Sc. – Chemistry

3.Diploma in Civil

4. Minimum 8 years of experience
