Job Description
We are looking for someone who has hands-on experience working in Process Engineering in the Pharmaceutical industry and is willing to apply that experience in better customization and adoption of our MI (Manufacturing Intelligence) platform at our clients.
This role will work closely with Process Monitoring/Analytics, Process Development, Analytical Development, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Ops and Technical Ops to ensure that MI is configured to meet their needs and users are adequately trained to use the product successfully.
What You'll Do:
- Work closely with end users in the planning and customization phases of MI rollout to identify gaps and potential customizations.
- Work closely with internal product management to define new product features prioritize feature rollout.
- Work closely with internal team to update training materials and roll out end user training
- Work with sales in delivering and customizing demos for potential customers
Requirements & Skills:
- Any bachelor's degree or master's degree or equivalent with 6-8 years of experience in process engineering or related field is preferred
- Have experience in Process development, process robustness and CPV (Continued Process Verification)
- Have experience in collaboration with multi-functional teams for validation, tech transfer and new product launches.
- Have experience in working with CMOs (Contract Manufacturing Organizations)
- Have experience in root cause analysis and continuous improvement programs
- Have hands on experience in working with the following Software
- Discoverant, OSI/PI, JMP, Minitab, SIMCA, SEEQ
- Product Specialists who exhibit strong analytical skills to conduct market research and analyze data to drive decisions and product roadmap
- Excellent communication skills to effectively and concisely present complex technical information and articulate product value to customers and cross-functional teams to drive sales and adoption
