Job Title: Production Support Engineer / Domain Engineer
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Production Support Engineer / Domain Engineer with 5+ years of experience in Juniper technologies, network support, analytics, and AI/ML fundamentals. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in troubleshooting large-scale network environments, handling critical production incidents, and supporting Juniper-based security and network automation platforms.

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid, 2 Days WFO)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Juniper Networks software and security products.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to network automation, APIs, SRX firewalls, and Junos-based platforms.
- Support and manage platforms such as Security Director, Network Director, Space Platform, Syslog Server, and Juniper Secure Analytics.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and coordinate with engineering/product teams for permanent fixes.
- Handle support activities for critical/high-profile global events such as Olympics, World Cup, and enterprise-scale deployments.
- Monitor and troubleshoot large-scale ISP and broadband networks utilizing Juniper routing and security platforms.
- Provide operational support for BRAS platforms (Juniper E-Series – E320 and ERX1440) acting as LAC for broadband subscriber access services.
- Work on AI/ML-based network anomaly detection using telemetry and NetFlow data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability, automation, and operational efficiency.
Mandatory Skills:
- Juniper Products: Junos, J-TAC, SRX Firewalls, Security Director, Network Director
- Strong expertise in Production Support & Network Troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Analytics and Monitoring Tools
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and network anomaly detection
- Experience with Syslog Servers and Juniper Secure Analytics
- Understanding of network automation, APIs, and distributed systems
