You understand revenue cycle the way few people do. You have lived the daily reality of eligibility checks 

that stall, prior authorizations that pile up, claims that deny for reasons that should not exist, and accounts 

receivable that ages while teams scramble. You have led the people who fight those battles — and you 

have likely wondered why so much of this work still depends on humans performing the same repetitive 

tasks again and again. 

At Droidal.ai, we asked the same question, and we built the answer: AI agents that take on revenue cycle 

workflows end to end and actually perform the work. We are now looking for someone who has been in 

the trenches of healthcare RCM to lead how we deliver that transformation to our provider clients. 

This is a Delivery Manager role - but it is best understood as the bridge between hard-won RCM domain 

expertise and the future of how revenue cycle work gets done. You will be the person providers trust to 

understand their operations deeply and to deliver agentic transformation that measurably improves their 

financial outcomes.

across from a provider's Vice President of Revenue Cycle, speak their language fluently, diagnose where 

workflows break, and then orchestrate AI agents and delivery teams to fix them. 

If you are a subject-matter expert or operations leader at a large RCM billing company - or you run revenue 

cycle operations for a health system - the proposition is straightforward. You have mastered a domain that 

is about to be transformed, and you can either watch that transformation unfold or lead it. Here, your deep 

knowledge of denials, coding, AR, and payer behavior becomes the engine that makes AI deliver real 

results. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Client Facing - Serve as the trusted delivery partner for provider clients, understanding their revenue 

cycle operations deeply and keeping client satisfaction consistently high while ensuring measurable 

financial impact. 

• Delivery Management and Lead agentic transformation. Take ownership of how Droidal's AI agents 

are deployed across client RCM workflows - translating operational challenges into automation that 

delivers results. 

• Provide RCM expertise. Bring subject-matter authority across the end-to-end revenue cycle: front

end (eligibility, prior authorization, registration), mid-cycle (coding, charge capture, clinical 

documentation integrity), and back-end (claims, denials, AR follow-up, payment posting). 

• Manage and grow people. Build, mentor, and motivate delivery teams, leading with clarity and care 

to make transformation real for clients. 

• Partner across the business. Work with product and engineering to channel client needs into how 

our agents evolve, and with client partners to ensure delivery consistently exceeds expectations. 

• Apply a consulting mindset. Diagnose before prescribing, and frame every engagement in the metrics 

providers care about - clean claim rate, denial rate, days in AR, and cost to collect. 

What You Bring 

• 10+ years in healthcare revenue cycle management, with deep, hands-on expertise across the end-to

end cycle. 

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, RCM operations lead, or subject-matter expert at an RCM 

billing company, BPO, or healthcare provider. 

• Strong command of front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end RCM workflows, payer dynamics, and the 

metrics that define success - clean claim rate, denial rate, days in AR, and cost to collect. 

• Demonstrated people-management experience building, leading, and mentoring operational delivery 

teams. 

• A consulting mindset: you diagnose root causes, design solutions, and communicate in outcomes. 

• The ability to engage credibly with provider executives, including VP of Revenue Cycle, CFO, and 

operations leadership. 

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-relationship skills. 

• Familiarity with, or strong curiosity about, AI, automation, and their impact on healthcare operations. 

• A bachelor's degree is required; relevant RCM certifications such as CRCR, RHIA, or CPC are a strong 

advantage. 

• Willingness to be based in Chennai or Coimbatore, with client interaction as required.
